Fairfax County Department of Transportation (FCDOT) will host a community meeting to discuss the Innovation Station North-Side Shared-Use Path feasibility study (Dranesville District) on Thursday, June 29, 2017, 6:30 PM, in the cafeteria of Herndon Middle School, 901 Locust St., Herndon. The proposed path will connect the future Innovation Station Metrorail Station kiss-and-ride on the north side of the Dulles Toll Road to Apgar Place and Farougi Court.
Community members are invited to give feedback on Innovation Station transportation connectivity plans at the meeting or by submitting comments online. The meeting will focus on the shared-use path only; Silver Line and the Innovation Station Garage are separate projects and are not included on the meeting’s agenda.
The meeting will begin with time to review boards showing three different conceptual alternatives for the path alignment, followed by a formal presentation at 7:00 PM The meeting will conclude with time for questions and answers.
