Commemorative Wreath Laying
To Honor the 30th anniversary of Reagan’s “Tear Down This Wall” speech, RRLS is coordinating the wreath laying with Reagan biographer Craig Shirley.
Monday, June 12 at 12:00 noon
Reagan Statue at Reagan National Airport
Craig Shirley spoke at the Reagan Birthday Fundraiser for the Ronald Reagan Lecture Series in February.
At that event, Shirley reminded us that communism literally lost ground during the Reagan Presidency.
Shirley just published book is Reagan Rising, The Decisive Years covering the period between 1976 and 1980 when Reagan’s political outlook and philosophy underwent an enormous and significant change. Shirley’s Reagan books have been hailed as the definitive works on the Gipper’s campaigns of 1976 and 1980. The London Telegraph called Shirley as “the best of the Reagan biographers.”
