Diana is the President and Managing Partner of Shirley & Banister Public Affairs. After joining the firm in 1997 and successfully managing a number of accounts, Diana was promoted to Vice President of the firm then was named a partner by Craig Shirley in 2001. She manages the daily operations of respected public relations and government affairs firm, working directly with its diverse clientele to develop and implement effective political, media relations and public policy strategies. Areas of focus have been homeland security, criminal justice reform, First Amendment issues and religious liberty, higher education, property rights, and cultural issues. She deals directly with prominent journalists, television personalities, radio hosts and opinion leaders daily to communicate the client’s messages and persuade both media and policy leaders.

Patti Lyman earned her J.D. from Regent University and handles our asylum cases and other litigation. Prior to joining Just Law International in 2001, Patti worked for six years with the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), a public-interest law firm where she specialized in constitutional litigation in state and federal courts.
She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. from the University of Virginia, and is admitted to the Bars of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Matthew Boyle, Washington Political Editor for Breitbart News Network
Matthew Boyle hails from Massachusetts and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Fl. He worked as an investigative reporter for The Daily Caller and then joined Breitbart News in December 2012. He was promoted to the role of Washington Political Editor in October 2015. According to a news release at that time, Breitbart’s Executive Chairman Stephen K.
